What I Offer
Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions for adults looking to go deeper. Whether you’re navigating burnout, identity, grief, or just tired of masking to survive—this is space to explore who you are beneath all that.
Relationship Therapy
I work with partnerships navigating communication, trust, difference, and disconnection—especially neurodivergent and queer dynamics. I don’t assume a “normal” baseline. I meet each relationship as its own unique system.
Group Therapy
I periodically offer small, focused therapy groups for clients who want depth work in community.
Right now, I’m planning a group called Unmasking the Self—a space for late-identified neurodivergent adults exploring identity, authenticity, and sensory/emotional safety.
If that sounds like something you’d want to be part of, drop me an email.
Who I Work With
- identify as autistic or ADHD—or suspect they might be
- feel disconnected from mainstream therapy
- have always been called “too much” or “not enough”
- are tired of performing and want to get honest with themselves
What It Feels Like
This therapy is not a quick, temporary band-aid. It’s not about symptom-chasing or short-term fixes that unravel the second life gets hard again.
This work moves at the speed of trust. It listens to your patterns, your history, your metaphor system. We might talk dreams. We might talk trauma. We’ll definitely talk truth.
There’s no rigid curriculum. No worksheets. No pressure to explain everything up front.
We’ll go as deep as you’re ready to go—at a pace that’s human.
